The Fineco Group informs you that it has a Data Protection Policy compliant with Basic Law 15/1999, of 13 December, on Data Protection.
The Fineco Group informs you that in order to use one of the services provided via the Website, the User will have to give certain items of personal data. The Fineco Group undertakes to respect the confidentiality of said data as provided by Basic Law 15/1999 of 13 December, and to conform to Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, which governs the sending out of sales communications.
The User is hereby informed of, and consents to, the processing of his or her personal data and its incorporation into the relevant files of the Group, which assumes responsibility for the data files as their owner. He or she is also informed that the data provided and incorporated into files managed by the Fineco Group will be used for the purpose of: conducting any contractual relationship which the User may form with the Fineco Group; managing, administering, providing, expanding and improving whatever services the User may decide to request; suiting such services to the User's preferences and tastes; studying how the services are used by the User; and designing related new services. The User also authorizes the sending out of service updates, and the sending out, both by traditional means and electronically, for the purposes of Article 21 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services, of technical, operational and commercial information about products and services provided by the Fineco Group.
The Fineco Group informs you of the existence and use of computer mechanisms that have no need to identify the User but which may gather data on his or her browsing and the technical features of his or her computer, and on his or her use of pages and content, for purposes such as obtaining statistics on the use and functioning of the website, debugging, and offering or conducting new services or products. At any time the User can configure his or her browser to prevent such information from being obtained.
The Fineco Group informs you that it makes available to the User suitable technical and human resources to enable him or her to access this Data Protection clause or any other relevant information. Except where indicated to the contrary, responding to questions about personal data is voluntary; and if the User opts not to do so, this does not entail any lowering of the quality or quantity of the services provided.
The Fineco Group informs you that it has adopted the levels of data protection and security required by law, and has installed all means and technical resources within its reach to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration or theft of personal data provided to the Fineco Group, or unauthorized access to it. Nevertheless, the User is informed, and accepts, that Internet security measures are not impossible to hack through.
The Fineco Group informs you that as a User you have a recognized right, which you can exercise, to access your personal data, and to have it cancelled or rectified, or to object to it. These rights can be exercised by sending an email to the address Ibáñez de Bilbao, 9 - 48009 Bilbao. Similarly, and by the same method, you may withdraw your consent to receive sales communications, as provided by Law 34/2002.
